How can I be sure that ITB's rates will remain competitive?

The telephone call charge market is extremely competitive in the UK, and ITB know that the only way to command customer loyalty is to ensure that our customers receive competitive rates together with quality of service. ITB rates represent a saving of at least 20% against the equivalent BT tariff. Our prices are monitored regularly against rates being offered by other companies, and price reductions passed on to clients whenever possible.

Will there be any disruption to my business?

There is no disruption when we connect you to the ITB network, you do not need to change your telephone numbers, and there is no down time on your telephone lines. Once you have been connected to our network, there is no delay in dial time/connection to your called number.

Will it cost me anything?
|
|
|
No. ITB carry the cost of either programming your telephone system to automatically access the ITB network, or to supply and install equipment alongside your telephone system to fulfil that function. We only use BSE registered engineering companies to provide installation and programming services, or we are happy to liaise with your own telephone system maintainer to program access for you.

How long does it take to be connected?

We aim to have you connected to our network within 10 working days. We recognise that the sooner you are connected, the sonner you can enjoy savings on your telephone calls.

What if I have a query or a problem?

ITB have dedicated account management and utilise customer service and technical support teams from networks and resellers to help with any query you may have.

How reliable is ITB?

ITB only work with Tier 1 Network companies and resellers to ensure quality connection and reliable service.

There isn't one. There are no hidden charges, no on-going costs and no minimum contract period. As soon as you subscribe to ITB you can be assured that you will benefit immediately from the services we provide.
