| ITB started life as a tied telecom brokers. However, as the communications market developed it became clear that ITB had to offer more choice to our clients. ITB clients vary from companies in the FTSE 100 to household names and regional organisations that require tailor-made telecommunications requirements. As ITB has grown we have established partnerships with many network carriers and resellers within the industry to offer more choice and improved quality at a better cost to our clients. |

| On average ITB rates represent a saving of 30% against BT's discounted tariff. One of ITB's great strengths is a Flexible Pricing Policy, which means we can tailor a tariff to suit each customer's telephone call traffic profile. Although we operate a number of standard tariffs, if you make a large volume of calls to a particular destination, we can agree special prices for those calls. ITB's broker power ensures competitive rates from the global carriers and therefore competitive prices for our clients. Our prices are monitored regularly against rates offered by other companies, and price reductions are passed on to our clients whenever possible. |
